Jack AI Customer Experience Snapshot

Captain Brian consistently delivers exceptional fishing results, with customers regularly catching 20+ fish per trip across multiple species including snook, red snapper, jacks, and the unforgettable Goliath Grouper. He demonstrates remarkable local knowledge by finding productive spots even in challenging windy conditions, and his expertise with live shrimp techniques keeps lines constantly in the water. Brian's ability to adapt to conditions while maintaining excellent catch rates has impressed anglers from beginners to experienced charter veterans. Brian creates memorable experiences through his personable, down-to-earth approach and genuine enthusiasm for sharing Naples waters. Families particularly appreciate how he teaches proper techniques while keeping kids engaged - one 8-year-old and 9-year-old caught over 20 fish together. He goes beyond fishing by providing scenic boat tours, cleaning and filleting catches for shore lunches, and even adding beach excursions. Customers consistently book return trips and recommend Brian to others.

We had the best time out on the water with Brian. He’s knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and a killer boat host all-around. We were on a business trip in Naples & I was hoping we could sneak in a quick charter while we were down there. So glad we found Brian to break up the business trip a bit & give us some good times out on the water.

Captain Brian showed us a great time on the water. We caught snook, snapper and even a juvenile Goliath grouper! He’s very knowledgeable of the area and very personable. We really enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend him.

We had a blast with our half day fishing trip with Brian. We (me and my two teenagers) really enjoyed the trip. It was relaxing and overall educational as we learned a lot about the best fishing spots in town. He also cleaned and filleted our catch after for our lunch. I would highly recommend him!
